What a great guy! I was looking for a first car for my excited daughter who'd recently passed her test so I wanted to make the right choice as I didn't want a disappointed daughter. I was overjoyed with the car purchased from PFF and more so was my daughter. Dan was friendly and very helpful. He couldn't do enough and delivered the car polished and immaculate the next day. Dan was very helpful without being particularly sales orientated. The car, and it's preperation spoke for, and sold itself. Yes, we bought the car. The best dealer experience in our search for a VW Up! Lead up to collection was smooth and Dan continued to patiently answer questions and arrange an extension to the already reasonable 6 month warranty. Collection was similarly pleasant. Very pleased with our daughter's new car, as is she. Will return to PFF if we require a quality used car in the future. Highly recommended.

Dan was great from the start. He replied promptly to my message and was really helpful in answering my questions. When visiting to view the car he sent us exact (much needed) directions. He was friendly, knowledgeable and put us at ease. There was no "hard sell" and we certainly felt no pressure to buy the car. Dan also went above and beyond when we were signing over the paperwork/payment etc. The car is great and made a long trip home from Wales much better. If we ever needed another car I wouldn't hesitate in checking what PFF Cars had for sale. If only all of my previous car buying experiences had been this good!

Take the worry out of managing used car dealers and buy from Dan PFF Cars.
